House Rules

No pets

No smoking, parties, or events

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and checkout by 11AM

No shoes in the house
No parties allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette gatherings 
No more than 11 people. 
Leave the house as you found it. Any damages will incur charges charged to the guest(s)
Garbage (including recycling and compost) need to be put out once a week (Thursday night)
Swim at your own risk. Lifeguard not included. It is recommended you bring pool towels as there are a limited amount.
No access to the garage and one room downstairs (both will be locked). 
Bring bug spray if you are planning on being outside. 
Note it is a rural area therefore insects, bugs and the like may be around.
In addition, cell phone reception is limited - perfect excuse to disconnect!
A new septic tank system has been recently install, therefore there may be a patch of dirt in the grass.

You must also acknowledge

Amenity limitations - Due to its rural location, the home has WiFi speeds of up to 25 Mbps/1Mbps (cannot stream/watch videos) Netflix should be downloaded beforehand

Must climb stairs - One flight of stairs to go downstairs and some steps to the front door and throughout the home.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1500

Surveillance or recording devices on property - Cameras for your security and ours. Absolutely no cameras will be inside the house. Cameras visible to guest. Front door & outside. Recording
