Guests have access to the entire space, within property lines. This incorporates the 10 acres of land, which includes 3 walking trails, pool (swim at your own risk), and all quarters inside the house. There is no guest access to the garage and one storage room located downstairs. Doors will be locked where no access is allowed.

 

Please note parties are NOT allowed in the home. Occupancy should not exceed sleeping accommodations. No more than 11 guests allowed at any time. There are security cameras outside of the property and guest numbers are monitored. The presence of unconfirmed guests will result in incurred a penalty "extra person" charges of $250 per guest, per night and possible immediate discharge from the home. There are to be NO visitors at any time.

Due to its rural location, there is little to NO cellphone reception. Emergency calls can still be placed from cell phones. There is a landline that can be used for local calls only. Calls placed to non-local numbers will be charged to guest.

Casa Malbec has separate bins inside and outside for trash collection (garbage, recycling, and organics). We ask that you please take out the garbage if you are staying during trash day (Friday morning/to be put out Thursday night).

A copy/photo of government IDs will be requested upon check in, along with confirmation you have read all the house rules. I will have a printed copy of the house rules and will ask for acknowledgement of these rules via signature.

Due to our insurance carrier, no unregistered guests are allowed on property. Be prepared to provide a full list of all guests (full name & birthdate) staying at the home. This should not exceed the 11 guest maximum.
